I had the honor of photographing this beautiful extended family just before Christmas. It's so wonderful to see people who make "togetherness" a priority at Christmas time, and who want to capture those memories forever in a photograph. With such a beautiful family and a lovely home, the images couldn't have been better. William, Deborah, Luly and Ani, I hope you and your parents and children enjoyed our time together as much as I did, and enjoy your images even more. Here are only a few:

My Three Muses
It's December. We only have 6 days left before Christmas, but I couldn't stop taking pictures. I am officially "closed" for the holidays, but one of my favorite subjects just turned 6 months old so I had to make an exception. His older brother and sister are adorable and couldn't let their new baby have all the fun, so they joined in as well. The home was small, but has a sweet spot for light right in the dining area. I of course moved out all the chairs and table (as I've done before for many clients) and proceeded with the session. I wont go into the chaos that ensues when the photographer tries to photograph her own children. I'll just say there was a moment where I turned around to find my other two on top of my kitchen table (which was in the living area) and turning lights on and off.
My caboose! Doesn't he have a cute one!
My little man, still in a diaper, but no longer a baby. (He's not two just yet)
The sweet face that reignited my love for photography. She's only 3 but looks so big now.
This one is just to prove that usually photographer's children are the hardest to photograph. (Mostly cause they've seen all your "tricks" a million times before)

The Tame Ones
Amanda has been a client of mine since the very beginning. I had the privilege of photographing her first pregnancy and was absolutely honored that she called me to photograph her blooming belly once again. We had lots of fun, and even took some that I'm sure only a handful of people will see (maybe not even that many) :P. I enjoyed our most recent session just a teensie bit more than all the others; mostly because, well, it was fun to change things up a bit.
